No where to see total due

There is no link or tab to check and see what is owed, due or past due, before you pay. No ability to navigate anywhere on this app. Can’t check other usage from others that you pay for. Not good at all.

The “new” unlimited plan costs MUCH more ($25/month more) and you get THROTTLED the majority of the time. I sure am! I don’t sit online streaming videos, watching Hulu or any of that junk. I read my emails in the morning, I make some calls during the day, I read a (downloaded) book on my library app. Occasionally, I watch a short YouTube video. I’m not kidding - that’s IT. And now, new iPhone, “new” unlimited plan, I’m paying a LOT more for substantially less service. It seems like the cell coverage in this (very flat) area I live in has diminished, too. And what the heck happened to “free” upgrades? I had my previous iPhone a couple months over 2 years, turned it in, leased a new iPhone. But apparently they get you coming AND going. Despite having finished out my lease, and turning my iPhone back in in almost-new condition, I get no credit on that AND get whacked $30 for an “upgrade fee.” - Like I have a choice? WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP! At this point, I’m GLAD that the lease is only 18 months, because when this one is done, I’m outta there! Just say **NO** to Sprint! I’m going to be going back to Verizon - service coverage was MUCH better.

I downloaded the app to make paying the bill quicker & easier. I tried to pay it on 4/24 around noon & late afternoon & there were technical issues &that is the norm. Tried again 6am next morning & it works.

I’m able I make payments on my bill, but for some reason I can’t create an account. Even when I answer all my security it still won’t let me go on to the third step. But it’s a great for paying your bill, other than that though it’s not so great sorry!

I hate that you can’t be on the phone and texting or emailing at the same time I hate it with a passion I’m going back to T-Mobile is soon as I pay this phone off
