Horrible customer service and commintent – My Sprint Mobile Review

I have been dealing with Sprint since 02/06/18. I made a huge mistake by going to Target and upgrade my phone to I phone X. The guys who was helping me was a Tech manager at Target. I specifically asked him if I upgrade my phone will my old plan change and he said no. Well, sure it did! So I found out about it a month later. Also, that day I paid $441.61 for god knows what but i end up getting a bill for $139. My regular bill was $54+$41 for the iPhone X. So I have been dealing with sprint, getting promises from all kids of supervisors that they will fix my plan and take care of whatever fee they charged, and they have not! The only thing they changed is they put me to my old plan but I still pay $65 plus 41 + whatever kind of fee that none of the associates can explain me.
