Sprint defrauds their customers by promising 4G LTE coverage, but rarely provides this. Even if you are standing motionless next to their cell tower, the network will reduce your connection to 3G or even 1x even though full LTE signal is available. They throttle your bandwidth while you aren’t looking, to save money. Reset your phone in the exact same location and you get LTE with 4 bars. A minute later, 2 bars. A minute later, they kick you to 3G. After that, 1x. This is fraud. They don’t actually have a cell network. They just charge you as if they did.
Great, but logging in is a pain

I can do anything I need from this app including bill pay, check for upgrades etc. the only downfall is that I feel every time I go to log in, I have to have 2-3 codes sent because they “upgraded the security” and change my password.
Sprint customer service is horrible

Anytime I have a issue I hesitate to call customer support because everyone I talk to is always so rude! They make me feel like I’m ignorant and dumb that I don’t know what I’m talking about. They put me on hold for 15 minutes or longer and aren’t ever any help

Easy app to use...no glitches no bugs. Smooth sailing. Sprint should be speeding up with t mobile merger now too. Totally recommend, company has been fantastic to me.

What do people say at the store is not what they will do at a corporate level first I was told my bill with the crease in it increased over 25% then I was told it would be $1200 to pay off my phones at leases and it turned out to be 1700 and threatened to turn my phone off very dishonest very horrible I would advise anybody not to use Sprint
