I contracted for a 24 month buy plan on 4 phones which should make my phones all paid up as of 5/1/18 but instead I am being charged as a lease and still owe $ on my phones” According to Sprint”. Bait and switch!!! Of course I can’t prove this because I went with paperless account and they won’t let me access the contract pdf. That to be blows my mind. Stay away from Sprint!!!!! Now I need to get new phones with another carrier, find all the paperwork ( luckily I have a copy of the advertised sale from when I purchased), and then deal with small claims court in order to get some of my $$ back. WHAT A HASSLE!!!!

My bill has never been what I was told at the store I have called multiple times and it has never been addressed and fixed they just give me a credit which never comes to the 60 dollar a month minus my corporate discount

Sprint is the work company, they continue to screw me over any chance possible, the services they offer are terrible for the prices they charge for them. I even went in to a store a couple weeks ago and spent a ton of money to settle my bill because I used so much data. I was then told that she changed my plan to the one that doesn’t bill me if I go over it will just slow down. Turns out she never changed my plan and I’ve been using my data freely and ran my bill back up because this dumb company.

This company treats its long term customers like old chewed gum under the bottom of their shoe. Long time customers are treated very poorly and they have no incentives for them. Customer service don’t speak English. And neither does the supervisors. All your money goes to other countries economic growth. Service went to the dogs you can no longer hear a pin drop let alone talk and surf. #lookingfornewphonecompany

The app is pretty simple and comprehensive. Only feedback would be if I had the option to pay for my particular line within the plan I would be more satisfied
