Very inappropriate sprint op

Awesommmmmmmmeeeee

When I wanted to cancelled one of my phone Sprint operators make it impossible to do so. The operator was asking inappropriate questions, “isn’t there anybody else in the family that can use that phone”but that is probably how the operators were trained by Sprint. I will be looking elsewhere for phone service. Also “I can’t get a hold if that dept. sorry”by a different operator

This app has been problematic for a long while. Doesn't allow me to view a bill but it will gladly take the payment! When I called sprint to obtain a copy of the bill, they wanted me to pay five dollars to view my own bill! Really? Interesting how they will take my payment but not allow me to view my bill. Anyhow, it's useful for paying your bill but not for doing much else. Still got a logon from a computer if you wish to look deeply into your account.

I was lied to about the monthly amount. I was told around one hundred a month, not 121.50. I will not resign cause of this.

I have had issues since day 1 with my bill. I am forced to go out of my way to go into the actual store to have my problems resolved. They still over charge me $10 each month but I sacrifice that because I do not have time to make it to the location each freaking month. Jesse in Vancouver has been very helpful. He is the best.

I’ve been a loyal customer and Sprint has been loyal right back by letting me pay off my lease with monthly installments and making me aware of a better AND cheaper data plan. Thank you Sprint!

Unheard Customer

Your company told me that my overpayments would go to my monthly phone lease and you have never done that. It was supposed to be paid off early you just enjoy blaming the customers for the incompetence of your employees. Not just associates it goes all the way to the top!!! Now you are going to merge I can only imagine what the customer service level will be at that point?!? Not sure it can get worse but I am sure that you will find a way.
