Authenticating issue

Please update your app.. it won’t login and its stuck at authenticating you on our network.. app is not working properly on iphone 13 pro.

whenever i try to do something i’m not able to do it because of this terrible internet. when i’m literally right next to the store it works terrible. and when i’m at my house, you can’t even get me started with this. I CANT DO NOTHING WITHOUT CRASHING MY APPS, EVERY SINGOE TIME I GO ON CALLS I GET DISCONNECTED. i really need to get version, because this is terrible. when i doing online classes i can’t even be in them without me being disconnected 4 times. my mom has sprint and her stuff is amazing. she can call in there without even lagging for 1 time. but when i’m on a call i lag and disconnect 10-17 times. i will NEVER recommend sprint to ANYONE. and i can’t even do something that requires no internet without it lagging. this is terrible and i will be switching to version as soon as possible.

Why does it not keep the bill amount at the top?

The app works fine for me for the most part, but it’s like my monthly bill amount only shows up at the top near the “sprint express pay” when it feels like it. I like to pay through that because it saves me credit card information, so it’s very easy. This month I had to actually go in to my account, put in my credit card information again, to submit the payment when I could’ve done it faster.

I went into a tmobile store and they were clueless! Even the manager wasted 2 hours of my time not knowing which hot spot would work for my sprint plan. Used the app and was done in 15 minutes!!! I always liked having sprint but tmobile already seems like a problem.

I can’t even explain how upset I am with this company. They lie and take advantage of their people. They told me the screen protector came with the phone it’s not much. Why am I spending 70 dollars for a screen protector?? Lol Goodbye Sprint. Hopefully T-Mobile will do a better job with their customer. Sprint deserves no stars

I was told one thing by one chat representative, then a totally different thing by another less than a week later. I have the chat thread as proof. Very frustrating.

So sprint charged me about 500 just to cancel my phone contract.. yet a YEAR later collections calls me because I apparently have a balance of $182.. they are the worst costumer service and they don’t listen but instead just try to sell you more and more. I’ve just called and they found no account and just hung up on me the first time and then transferred me to a different company.
