Hard to use

Azwitt

My phone is up to date but when I drop in the new sprint app it asks if I want an older version? That’s fine but it will not upload the older version! Confusing

Not working

@mzwillbuck

I have been trying to access the app for 3 days and it does not leave the authentication screen. I have removed the app twice still no luck.

Stuck at authentication screen

Gabriela Michele

Ever since I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro Max months and months ago this app has not worked. Prior to finding reviews with others having the same issue I assumed it was a “me problem” I had given over 3 different work tickets and every time the CS reps say “we are working to fix it” that was months ago and this issue is still happening not just for myself but anyone who has upgraded their phones to the 13’s etc. You can’t get into the T-Mobile app because we are sprint customers and no one is doing anything to fix this. I have already caught T-Mobile throwing hidden charges on my account and I wouldn’t have seen it had I not of gotten on sprint’s website through the internet browser. How long can you guys continue to do this to us??? VERY INCONVENIENT AND SUSPICIOUS!
