The app keeps saying im not authorized to use the app. I have reinstalled the app at least 5 times and I keep receiving the error.

The new app gives you a fast a simple way of selecting the devices on your Bill and upgrading with the push of a button. The selection options make it easy to choose from and the delivery comes the next day. Only problem is if your on a promotion plan it doesn’t take that into account when offering you tablets or phones to choose from. You may choose a device that doesn’t go with your current plan and end up paying more. Recommend calling first like I did.
