After close to 20 years we’re leaving Sprint - it’s not Sprint anymore. But the new provider says to ask for some pin - where do I find that ( in this app) or how do I get that?
The app almost never works

This app hardly ever works making it inconvenient having to call in to make a payment or an arrangement. Fix the bugs or network because at this point I have issues with my network we don’t get the 5g promised because T-Mobile doesn’t work at all where I live . The merge wasn’t a good idea
Does not work with IPhone 13 Pro
Too Bad for Sprint Customers
Stays on authenticating screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times even tried the T Mobile app and it sends me to the sprint app which does nothing but sticks at authenticating. I doubt that the app will be updated to fix the prob since Sprint customers are getting low priority. Was told by customer service it would be better to migrate to T Mobile plans / billing.

Who can open this app on there phone? I’ve been trying for months and can’t get it open , it just says “Authenticating”!!!

The final screen for submitting your order was not clear on what needed to be entered to enable the submit button. There should be a message telling you to enter your CBC number because it is not clear to do that.

After jumping through hoops to accept an offer I’m always amazed how the very last page fails!! Of course, when chatting with someone to arrange it another way I’m told that they can’t see the deal/offer! Is this on purpose?? Isn’t that what they call “baiting”? SO VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

I had Verizon and around 2000 they screwed me on a defective phone. I switched to Sprint and have had no issues with them. Hopefully the merger will be transparent after we get the SIM cards installed. I’m still not sure if me iPhone 7 will work after March 22, but if not I’ll upgrade to another iPhone.
