I have been with sprint for over 20 years and the customer service continues to disappoint me.

Sprint is lame & their service is 10x ‘s worse since they’ve merged with T-Mobil ! I purchased a preowned phone they sprint had it for a minute before getting it activated so once I do get it activated the phone is junk it has to be on speaker to talk or the person on the other line can’t hear me the ringer turns down on it own he screen sometimes freezes I have to turn it off because that’s the only screen it will go to is the off screen sometimes I’ll slide the button to answer it & it doesn’t work but it only had a 30 day warranty since I didn’t activate when I got itwhich the obviously know it wasn’t activated for 30 days when I wanted to send it back the deductible on the nsurance is $275 & they’ll send me a refurbished phone & I send them my hen now what kind of deal is that when I paid $300 for the phone to begin with!

I tried several times updating my payment method to another card for points reasons and it refused to take my card. Had to put it on a card I never use. The process was simple but the payment experience option was terrible. Lost points because of this and the inconvenience of paying another card I don’t use.

Since the merger, can not get products like IPADs from Best Buy when TMobile is sold out or waitlisted. TMobile needs to continue relationships with Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Best Buy to help with inventory and thin out customer service wait times.

I went to the store to do my upgrade and it was such a big pay difference. They wanted me to pay the phone off right there. I told them online it gave me an Option to pay it off later. Anyways I made my online upgrade and I’ll never go to another store

Very very bad service,, I have problem over month,, I tired call every day and spend hours and hours ,, problem is not fixed,, customer support I can give zero stars,, just worse ,, I start think probably more easily change a company than fixed a problem,,

Speaking to a representative was long and frustrating. After offering me three other options of purchases to my upgrade I was hung up on. Went on line and did it with in a few minutes and was complete.Although I love speaking to a representative this outcome was negative.

I hate that T-mobile and sprint are together because it makes everything worse I now want to change my line!

You can’t do anything on the app or view anything except your usage and bill. You still have to go to the site to do anything. You can’t even edit your plan or view things like insurance & extras. Completely worthless app
