I just loaded this app 2 weeks ago and when I open it the yellow circle just pulsates saying it’s authenticating, I let it pulse for 20min to see if anything would happen, nothing!! P.S. I had to give the review 1 star so it would accept my comment otherwise, it’s not worth even 1 star

After migrating from iPhone 12 to 13, I noticed that I was no longer able to login. Stuck on authentication screen. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled with no luck. UPDATE APP

I changed my plan to a cheaper plan and the next time I call they say I never made any plan changes. They said my bill would be 115 monthly then when the bill comes they say my normal bill is 170.
Why is our financial linked to us or needed?

So my question is our location isn’t linked to our identity, however our financial info is a must? Why does any app need our financial info?

I hate the app sprint has, for a company phasing out, the app is always under maintenance , and when that happens you usually can’t call in either because most of that is automated as well. Really annoying

I went from iPhone 11 to the IPhone 13 and the app just loads but it doesn’t work , needs to be updated !
