Suspicious – Mercari: Buying & Selling App Review

Mercari let’s you make an offer on an item but you need to download the app to “chat” w/seller. Seller told me the transaction failed, twice, because Mercari won’t accept my credit card. I didn’t use my cc, It was through PayPal! And Mercari won’t accept it! And I will not use my cc directly w/Mercari because of all the bad reviews of Mercari making multiple charges on customers for things they didn’t buy and not refunding them! A scam of a company.
