Not even running the app has a black screen

Please fix the app. Every time I open this app there’s a black screen . I need to enter my tickets for more rewards points. Please please please fix this bug!!! Thanks

On the main screen it asked if I wanted to update? It doesn’t allow you to say no! When I tried to download it won’t let me!! I have bought the holiday scratch offs and I can’t scan anymore!! Not Happy ?

The app worked great for me for a long while. This past year has been different unfortunately. When I tap on the app to go in. The app opens to the home screen then cuts off. Returning me to my wall page. The app just won’t let me in! I deleted the app to upload again in hopes of refreshing but always the same issue. Sometimes it takes days before I’m able to use the app. Very disappointing!

The old app worked just fine. This one seems to make things intentionally complicated! I guess they did this so we can’t accumulate points as easily as in the past therefore fewer prizes can be claimed.

On my Ipad the App keeps saying update available and when you hit ok....will ..spins..says open. Then when you hit open it goes back to update available. On my Android phone the option to enter tickets is not even available on the app.

I had this app on android for probably 3-4 years(?) Just switched to iPhone (yeah I’m not happy about it). But I downloaded the apple version of this app against my better judgement with the 1.7 stars... granted, I’ve used it once so far, but I don’t see what everyone is complaining about. I’d argue that it’s better than the android version, and I’m and android person.

It let me download then when I try to open it it says there’s not internet connection. . . Finally got on but can’t do anything what a crappy app. Don’t get it. . . Just tried this app again in 2021 and still the same crap, not working. The app has been doing this crap since 2019. . . what a waste.

Just downloaded this app to scan my mega ticket. The scan quickly picked up my QR code. Oddly, it never displays a result. Doesn’t tell you if you won, lost, or the drawing hasn’t happened it. It just sits there doing nothing.
