Keeps freezing and then you have to delete and download over and over again. Really terrible!

Totally useless app. Can not process payment for subscriptions. Not a streamlined or user friendly app at all. Could not clear my shopping cart of one item without clearing all. Only good for checking tickets. So I’ll give a star for that.
App Closes Out

I hope developers are working to fix whatever bug is causing the app to close out. On my iPhone the app won’t open at all but on my Android it opens up just fine, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling trying to check to see what other apps mi go t be interfering but the app just closes out as soon as you click to open it.
Don’t get it!

Takes longer to load and use than just driving to the gas station to check! Too involved! And NOT user-friendly. Sigh…….

Same here, this app used to work and now it doesn’t even load anymore. I wonder about the lottery system, they should invest in a decent app. I’m pretty sure they may have a little bit of $$ to pay some decent developers.

The app stopped working on iPhone. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but nothing but a greyed out banner and white screen. Please fix this app.

I have to delete and reinstall the app nearly 3-4 times per week to get it to work. It will freeze when loading and none of the functions will work.

This app touts itself as a players rewards program! Not as it is ! Doesn’t work scanning tickets , glitches when scanning! One aspect is the spin wheel . They offer prize points , draw points coupons off and various other opportunities to players! The single most losing aspect of the rewards program is draw points! If you you don’t use your prize points for some useless items offered the convert to Draw points! Further useless un winnable items! Don’t get this app!!!! It doesn’t even qualify as a one star rating!!!
