It’s glitchy to login, so I just select “enter tickets” and then the app auto redirects to the login screen from which I can then login easily.

Worst lottery reward program and app

Lottery reward program is intended to encourage players to play and use their non winning tickets turn into something rewarding prize. This program use to be good but now it gives you more draw points and they are absolutely useless. I have never won anything in few years. Once you reach your limit of draw points and your wheel shows more draw points, those points are wasted. It won’t give you prize points for that. Not playing anymore. Getting worse everyday.

This app is one of the worst I’ve ever used. There are multiple features on here that need to be deleted because they just take extra time. It now has not worked for the last four weeks or so. At all. No update. No nothing. Yet my lottery rewards are about to expire and I can’t get to them.

This was doing great. Then I came on to use one day. And all I got was a black screen. Pretty sure I lost everything I had worked so hard to build up! What ever caused this to happen needs to be looked at. I should have been Leary of the 2 stars it had right off the bat. They are there for a reason!

App stopped working

It used to be fun, for years. I entered 2nd chance drawings. Scanned all my tickets. Now it no longer registers my points, so I cannot enter anymore. I even tried downloading the app again to no avail. I see from your reviews I am not the only one with this problem. It has gone on way too long without being fixed. You need new app programmers or the existing ones need to go back to school. So disappointed.

The scan function to add/check tickets works fine for me, but when I reached an achievement and went to try to win a coupon or the other prizes the app froze and I couldn’t go back to try and redeem again

iPad over iPhone

App works just dandy on my iPad. It’s very sporadic on my iPhone. I end deleting and reloading it several times a week on my iPhone. When I go to enter tickets it freezes up.... hence the deleting and reload. Pretty annoying. (Since I am commenting on the app only, I won’t go into MDLottery policy about points for prizes vs drawings since that really is separate from the actual app.) never any problems in the iPad. I prefer to use my iPhone to scan tix since it’s easier than the iPad.

This whole new system is a bunch of crap! Nobody understands this new draws system and what's with the $2 play? I want my prize points back! You enter $1,000 worth of tickets to only get $500 draw points to enter AND NEVER EVER WIN! The whole system died??
