I put the last 4 digits of my SSN in correctly multiple times and it locked me out of my account. I don’t understand what I did incorrectly. Virtually no support for this problem. 0 stars.

I have a login but every time I enter it the app does nothing but give me a link to visit the website. It won’t log me in at all. This has been going on for months. This app is tragic.

It doesn’t work. It won’t scan your tickets, won’t let you enter codes, and keeps logging you out for no reason. It’s obvious that it is set up to intentionally keep people from actually getting anything out of the program. It’s classic bait and switch. They do this so they can say they have a rewards program without actually paying anything out. Pure rip off.

Your app to celebrate the New Year does not give the option to check tickets anymore. That is the main convenience and now is gone?

The app locks me out. It’s definitely a glitch in the system. Please fix it. I’m grateful for the second chance win opportunity but it’s useless if the app doesn’t work properly.
Re-enter Login- what a pain

Have to constantly re-enter login ID and password. Why can’t it remember at least the login ID like every other app in the world- including banking apps?

This app will not let me login. I try to register but it says already a user. I log in says if your having trouble contact blah blah blah. Worthless app
