App is not working from last one week

Scientific games need to fix this app. The reward program has gone down terribly and so is the app.
App frozen... can’t log on.

Bring back the old way. Points for what you spend. I think that is fair. This new way point/prizes is not fair. Also the app is horrible.

I registered on the app. The last bit of info they wanted was the last four of my social code. So I input that in and they said they can’t verifying my identity. Then locked me out. All my info is correct. This app seems to have way to many problems.

This app truly needs an update, we have had many times where we aren’t able to use the app for whatever reason. And it hasn’t been updated in forever. Otherwise I would give this app at least 4 stars. I also think we should be able to see the scratchers and new scratchers on this app as well.

I am really upset about how md lottery rewards app continues to switch up and mid lead it’s players I have been a loyal player for8 to 9 years and always been able to scan in my losing lottery tickets and for the last 4 months I haven’t been able to scan in not one ticket!!!! I have sent several requests for help I have done any and everything I could think of and still NOTHING!!! Plze help

Says tickets are not winners for drawings that have not yet occurred. It is not a reliable application. Also, the interface is terrible. They need to take note of the VA lottery app. It’s much, much better.

Kind of mad that their ending all points and transferring them to draw points in December. But it’s slowly loosing my support.
