Horrible...cannot enter tickets – MD Lottery-My Lottery Rewards Review

On my Ipad the App keeps saying update available and when you hit ok....will ..spins..says open. Then when you hit open it goes back to update available. On my Android phone the option to enter tickets is not even available on the app.
