Not sure what happened but it's a pain having to log in every time you want to enter a ticket. Needs an update

Loved it until the latest update. Now I have to login each time. No one did the reward when they had to manually type that crazy code. Now we are back to square one with the I am not a robot.

The latest problem that I have encountered is that every time I open the app now, not only do I have to login, but I also have to prove that I'm not a Robot! That process is annoying! This app's previous great attributes no longer outweighs it's faults. You need to fix it! Please! I keep getting the following error message when I try to "Check Tickets": "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later." Please update the app to fix this problem.

This app was great at scanning tickets. After the last update, I have to re-enter my email and password every time. What a waste of time. They should change it back. If so, this is a 4 star app. Without it, don't use it.

Each time you open the app, you're required to sign in and prove you're not a robot. Was not like this previously... it's annoying.

Coming from an android phone I only had to log in once, but on iOS I have to log in every time I open the app. Doesn't make sense. Please fix the login issue

App used to work well now you have to login every single time. It such a pain and rendering the app useless to me! Had to change from 2 stars to 1! If I could give it a big fat ZERO I would. YOUR LOG IN PROCEDURE ARE RIDICULOUS!!! Change it back to what it used to be or AT LEAST have the decency to allow a fingerprint entry for goodness sake. It just a lottery app not Fort Knox!!
