Tired of crashes!

This App keeps crashing. It used to work ok. I am not sure what’s going on with updates. They are not working.

I had no problems on my old Galaxy 7 phone with the app. But I recently upgraded to an IPhone 12 mini it doesn’t work anymore. I have deleted and reinstalled several times and shut down and restarted several times it does the same thing. I get a black screen, red top banner and a twitching yellow line.

Every time I try to use it, it just freezes. Won’t even let me submit the wavier agreement. I deleted the app. Not worth the aggravation

I don’t like this new app! The other one was better. I don’t like how you put in all these tickets and maybe gets point to buy things. I liked it better when you got the points your scratch off was worth. And now if points aren’t use your converting them to draw points ?? md lottery for as much money as you make off your consumers you need to do better

the app is as much of garbage as the mylottery point system is. years ago i was saving up for one of the most expensive things. i log back in some months after being inactive and the majorly of my points were converted to draw points. after 1yr they turn into draw points but the item i wanted was more than 60,000 points however 60,000 is all you can earn in a year. they made it more of a scam than the lottery already is

This app worked fine for a long time for me. Then in past 6 months things changed. When I would go to scan a ticket to enter points it would power my phone completely down. I have a iPhone 11Pro Max. It would all the way to the where the Apple screen shows like it updating. And that would happen every single use. Like every 6 or more tickets or so. Now the app doesn’t function at all. I’ve tried to delete and read-install it. The only that appears is the reddish banner& the menu options if you hit the 3 lines on the left. Other than that the screen is completely white and will not load anything. I have so many tickets that I’m afraid they are going to expire because of this. And the blank screen has been happening for months now. Please correct. I loved this app before and would like to love it again.

This app is terrible. They want you to give ALL of your personal information just so you can scan tickets. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Please fix bug, points and tickets are not communicating with app. Non winning scratch off’s are being entered and rewards are not being added and calculated.
