New “enhancements” make it harder to earn points and makes earning confusing... if you don’t make an achievement one month all the tickets you entered are useless. When you spin many times you get less points than dollars entered.

But where are the points. Enter $100 for maybe a few points if any? Why do I need to keep logging on? The old version was better working. It’s going down slow.

This new version of the MD Lottery app is the absolute WORST! I am so frustrated with it because every single ticket I enter ends up in the “Draw Points” category instead of the “Prize Points” category. I HATE the stupid achievements pop ups because I barely even earn a reward from them. This is preventing me from ordering anything in the store ? I JUST WANT THIS APP AND THE WEBSITE TO REVERT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION! I am so disappointed with this new version because I am unable to order the items I really want from the store. At this rate, I will never be able to rack up enough points to order any prize ever again. MD LOTTERY I AM LIVID! I WILL NOT BE USING THIS GARBAGE ANYMORE. (Unless you revert back to the original version)

Today was my first time using the new update and words can not describe how terrible it is. The app won’t even check to see if I have any winning tickets ... “take ticket to cashier” ... and it’s not giving me the correct points for my tickets that I scan ... this app is now completely worthless ... Who in the world decided to make the call to change the old app “which worked fine” ... to this new app that is a complete waste of your time .... I guess the Md lottery doesn’t have enough $$$$ in it’s budget to give back a tiny bit to it’s loyal players ... Thanks for the disrespect MD lottery

The worst thing lottery could have done to loyal customers who have given their money to you on a daily basis. You have now prevented loyal customers from earning anything. You force us to earn draw points. We now cannot use our points as we chose. Besides that we don’t see points that we earn from our tickets. Everything is draw points. I have entered many contest using my points and never win anything. THIS IS THE WORST YOU COULD HAVE DONE TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

I’ve been doing the rewards points for a few years now. I think it’s a great program, However your newest updates on the app are kinda disappointing. I do enjoy the new design, but I feel like what was a simple task now has all these unnecessary steps. I wish you all would’ve just raised the point requirements for items instead of just giving out draw points instead of regular points.

Old version was completely functional before the new system of Draw points and price points. Formatting for application makes putting tickets in a drag, and by extension, gives me dread just thinking about scanning the tickets. The slow process is daunting and in all honesty, I feel as though there was little need for change in the first place. Please change the process of putting in tickets (as it was before) or this dating will remain the same.
