This is a waste of time and money. You barely ever win and if you do it takes forever to get your money. It been well over the 72 hours that is supposedly the time frame to get your winnings and yet I still haven’t received mine. When you speak with their reps they just say “I’m sorry, keep waiting”. Requests for supervisors is never answered. Your online chats freeze and you have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Utter waste of time. When I asked how it was they can take my money immediately but can’t provide my measly winnings after 72 hours they told me that deposits are automated and Withdrawls are manual. But unfortunately the distribution department is aware of my issue but their dealing with a “situation”. 24 hours later they must still be dealing with the situation because nothing has happened with my account

I have tried to withdraw my money from the app and they keep sending me emails saying they need more info. This is retarded they have 1100 dollars still pending withdrawal. Been two weeks.

Been waiting 8 days now and still no payout. Called several times and they say the department handling it is backed up. If your familiar at all with Uber support from India, this is 80 times worse. Removing app....im telling you, don't download it if you want paid. There won't be a third time being paid 10 days later.

So you like winning a nickel here and there then losing anything you deposit? Then this is for you. With the 5 dollar bonus they give you, it allows you to play for an added second or 2 depending on how long it takes you to hit the button. Any deposit will be lost, I guarantee it. Also. Its a scam. If you try to get your money back or win, they wont do it unless you bug them. Its an organized legal scam that our government allows.

The app crashes often. Also, every time I try and use the scan feature on this app (the main reason I downloaded the app), it either says invalid barcode over and over again or just won’t read it at all. The only feature this app is good for is checking previous numbers and figuring out if you won manually. Additionally, I’ve noticed many other reviews claiming the iLottery feature is absolutely terrible. Hopefully they get this figured out... until then, I’m uninstalling.
72 hours nonsense

This is the 4th time .. My withdrawl has been pending over 10 days and they claim it takes 72 hours with PayPal and it’s automatically deposited... that’s false advertisement... the chat agents are a joke, they don’t help.. all the say is we are busy when we get to it you’ll get it.... deposits are automatic why not withdrawals? 2 weeks is a bit ridiculous!

I have an I phone xs with the current operating system. The app worked great up and till a couple of weeks ago. Now when you open the app it just goes to a white screen and does nothing. I have an older iPhone 5 that I downloaded the app on and that one works good. There must be something with the current apple update. Thank you for your time.
