I thought I give this another shot and order food. Wrong again. Store hours show 11:59 but that wasn’t correct. Showed up @10 and no one is at this location.
Deleted within minutes

Literally got so frustrated that I decided to delete the app only minutes after downloading it. Couldn’t sign up for an account no matter what method I tried. Kept telling me to use a valid email when I entered the one I’ve been using for 10 years. Not worth the hassle of a buggy experience.
Worst food app

This is the worse food app I’ve downloaded. They don’t start making the food until you get there, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering it & paying for it ahead of time. Next to the last time we used this app, we got there & waited for well over 10 minutes for our food to come out. The last time we used it, it kept telling us that we weren’t there yet when we tried to tell it what spot number we were in. No number on the sign to call inside the store. Finally had to go in, they couldn’t find the order & we had to reorder, then it was 100% messed up when we got it home. Literally, not one meal was made to our specs. I’ve deleted the app & I won’t download it again. All the other food apps I use have the food ready when we get there, quick & no problems. Giving it one star is literally too much.
Not Honoring Payments/Rewards

This app is great when it works, but there’s nothing worse than paying through the app (with a reward discount), and then getting to McDonald’s and you’re told you haven’t paid for it yet. Not only did they add on extra stuff when I was charged AGAIN, but my reward discount was not applied. I was told to bring in my BANK STATEMENT to get a refund. Are you kidding me??? This is not even an isolated incident. This has happened in a similar capacity multiple times

Used same deal for 5 months straight - all of a sudden it disappears and prices are raised. APP works fine- the owners have too much power when changing deals

They keep removing my review. I can’t even sign in!! I have thousands of points I can’t use and over a thousand I have earned but aren’t on my account because I can’t log in!!! Day 10

Coffee at the Selmer Tennessee location

All staff and and management are super nice to us. They always help in our community and at the restaurant. However the coffee is not like other locations. It’s very bland and weak coffee. It doesn’t have the correct taste like other McDonald’s in our area. Please help them correct this area of their service.
