The buy 5 get one free is great but most of the time you end up buying way more because they don't register. People at the drive thru are the problem. They don't know what to do or do it wrong and just throw up their hands and look at you. So you are to get a BOGO but you end up paying for both.

How could one biggest companies in the world not be able to fix a simple app that only gives out coupons? It's pretty embarrassing. The app has been broken for the past month

Employees are not even trained to take the coupons from this app and act like stupidily unprofessional pretending they know and that the stupid one is you. Honestly, save your precious time and buy at other places where apps are actually part of their business and better customer service is delivered.
