U currently have 24,000 points because I can’t not redeem my awards . No matter time of day I open it, it won’t let me use them because “ this item is not available during breakfast “ it’s 8 at night man I’m just tryna get some food ?

Love that I lost over 500 points when the app wouldn't work when I tried to place an order. It kept telling me to close the app and reopen and that didn't change it. When it works it's good but I missed using the points that expired that day.
Don’t leave items in bag

Pretty good app but don’t leave items in your bag. The reason for this is when I leave items that would normally be available during lunch or dinner in my bag, and it turns breakfast time, the entire app would break. With the “order”, “rewards”, and “earn points” tabs not loading at all. Also, I wish the location checking feature for “I am here” was removed as it is kinda useless since sometimes I want someone else to pick up my order. Other than that though the app is very nice and convenient, especially with the deals it offers (my favorite is the $1 large fries).

This app is complete trash. You can’t make an order and have someone else pick it up. Your phone physically has to be at the location, which is the most useless thing I’ve ever heard in my life. Why would I send my phone with someone else to pick up my food? The app is as useless a waste of time as the “restaurant” itself.

Closed but app order goes through

Placed entire order on app. got to location and they decided to close with a small pice of paper on door with wind blowing it over so no one saw or read or knew what was going on, then lady came to door and yelled at everyone waiting could they not read the sign on door and they were closed? We were expected ice that evening but it was at least 8 hours away from the storm? The web site and app all said location was open?
Glitches that make it impossible to use

My app was glitching, making it “stuck” in breakfast time, so I couldn’t use any of my rewards. So I deleted the app and reinstalled, and now it won’t let me sign in. (I was previously signed in with Facebook, so I choose Facebook to sign in, but it switches to signing UP, and tells me I’m already signed up, and it’s a vicious cycle.) I’m so irritated because now I’ve lost 20,000 reward points. Booooooo!
Make Special Request an option

My wife and I go to McDonald’s every Sunday morning. I enjoy using the app. However, there is no option for a special request. My wife cannot eat pork and she enjoys an egg and cheese McGriddle. Since you guys do not sell an egg and cheese McGriddle, we order a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and then we have to remind them at the window that the bacon is on the side. To eliminate this issue, I recommend having a “special request” option with pre-written options, or an option to write your own. Thank you.
