Fix the location

It’s a good app, but it’s so stupid that your phone has to be at the McDonald’s to have an order placed. If someone else is picking the order up, they can’t. So you have to cancel the whole order and have them just go through the drive through. Then I end up paying more because I don’t use the deals through the drive through.

I got the app originally for the McCafe points. I had been a regular customer for my morning drinks or specialty coffees and the McCafe app was such a great treat. It was so easy to use and I scored a free drink after purchasing 5 I believe. Since they made the upgrade I can’t get the drink of my choosing, I’m limited to a few options, none of which are regular hot coffees or their traditional mochas. It sounds like a silly thing to complain about, but when I was going there solely for my coffees and now I’m rewarded with anything but my coffees, it seems kind of pointless? I go elsewhere now. Hopefully they fix it.

When I order & pick it up it does not erase the previous order. The last order is still in there at whatever restaurant you were at. You have to delete your previous order. If not you will order again at the last store. It happens EVERY TIME!!!! Aggravating!!!!

Hash browns and other breakfast items listed in rewards listing screen says “Not available during breakfast.” once lunch starts (wording is wrong) but if you click on it, it says the proper “Not available during lunch.” as you bring up each reward item. This needs to be fixed please. Also, why is this? McDonald’s used to do breakfast ALL DAY. What happened with that?

Took FOREVER to configure the app and cuts out when I am submitting info which I had to start over again and again wasting time…. You are best served via drive thru. APP is a complete waste of time!

Last two experiences with curbside very good Drive through line is always long due to only one lane being open Stopped coming for a while no one knew anything or would even answer questions guess morale down Now seems much better and appreciate good service

App is easy to use but the app should tell you when it’s your first time ordering that you need to be there physically and someone else can’t pick up the order for you I don’t see why you can have someone pick up your order when you paid for it already that is crazy
