Wildly inconsistent

When the app works as expected it’s pretty good. But, I continue to have a frustrating experience more times than not: • App no longer detects when I arrive at the restaurant so I am unable to choose how to pickup my meal and I end up having to explain in the drive-thru. • App no longer has my order history • there was a period of about a month where I was unable to pay through the app • Sometimes picked a different restaurant even though I had my favorite selected and was close to my favorite. Never have any issues with Dunkin’s app.

It is ridiculous that you cannot easily leave feedback on your order each time. The McDonalds by my house has messed up my order multiple times, and the only way to correct the errors is to go inside or drive back through the drive thru. I had missing meat on double quarter pounders multiple times so I quit adding the extra meat to make it easier on them. Then, just today, we were almost late to my grandmothers funeral waiting over 20 minutes for our curbside order that was just breakfast sandwiches…no special requests. I had to show them my phone because they couldn’t find the order on their end. I left with only part of my order so that I could just let my kids eat something on the way. Now, I’m hungry/cranky on the way to the funeral because I can’t leave feedback to at least know I could have a coupon for the missing food for next time.
App is broken for multiple combos

Scenario is getting multiple Meal orders for a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit, where the drink orders always end up in the list as a clone of the first order. As a result, I can’t use the app for breakfast.

I’ve tried multiple times to sign up, and the webpage where it says to click to register a device has no place to click to register. what's the point of this app if you can't use it?
Wanted to like it, but it fails too much

It’s hit or miss, the deals are actually great and give you a great value on an easy meal out, but I’d had issues completing orders on the app and frequent failures trying to scan the QR code’s to sign in or add a deal in the store. I just uninstalled it because I was tired of going all the way to McDonalds just to not be able to use promo code that was the reason for going there. It could be great but not till they fix how often it fails, till then I’m going take a break from McDonald’s and their app.

I arrived at Mc Donald’s and was told the bathrooms are not for customers just employees. The whole bathroom area is blocked to customers. They said go to Starbucks. Well I’ll go to Starbucks from now on as McDonalds is treating me as a second class citizen. McDonalds in Kalihi on School Street. Open the bathrooms up to customers so we can wash our hands prior to eating.
