5 of us ordered online and drive thru pickup, when I arrive at the store, the person should be present with me to click I am here, so funny! otherwise the system will not see your order ??

Your app is so dumb you can’t scan your receipt to earn points. EVERY OTHER COMPANY DOES THIS. IDIOTS

App works fairly well. Store employees however seem to be mystified by mobile orders. After numerous incorrect orders and inaccurate billing I have given on using the app and McDonald’s. Why use an app if you have to reorder at the window and wait longer?

Cut out most fast food restaurants lately except one! McDonalds is one of the few places that I can eat everything on their menu & love! The burgers, oatmeal, drinks, breakfast meals all are very good! The most delicious foods to me are the fries & apple pie! I especially like the fact that most all employees working there seemed happy & well trained! Prices rock too!???

I left a comment before how over 5000 points that I cannot redeem because when it’s breakfast It says items aren’t available during dinner time… it’s 8:02 am… I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doing the same nonsense… idk why you guys deleted my comment you responded too before… fix the issue!!!!

I've used this app for awhile but it recently wanted me to log back in and it wouldn't let me. Everything's it would take me back to sign -up and then tell me i already have an account and to sign -in and then repeat. Frustrating.
Constant battle to get my food.

So I have orders ahead to get my food many times but the past times I went to pick it up they said they don’t have it and said my order was wrong or told me I still had to pay even though I had already payed ahead of time. This has happend multiple times. I showed them and they still said I had to pay. I canceled my order and it’s been days and I haven’t gotten my refund. They even charged me for my reward I added to the order and my points have yet to return. Do yourself a favor don’t use this app just order at the store
