Allowed me to chose to pick up inside but it was locked. Drive thru line is extremely long and my food will be cold

The location of the app says it’s breakfast when in fact it’s dinner time. I reached out to McDonald’s and their response “ delete the app and re download.” Ok, did that. Same thing! Very frustrating ! Don’t bother!
Glitches

There are glitches in the app now that didn’t used to be there when I had an android. What happens now is I’ll have already picked up an order, and several days to weeks later I’ll try to order again, and it will ask me to re-open the order. It will not give me a choice to start a new order. And it will not let me remove the items that are already in the cart. I have to delete the app and reinstall it and set everything up again.

This app is absolute trash and hilarious that such a high up fast food chain that makes all this money can’t even organize an app together. I’ve been getting the iced coffee deal they offer on their app almost everyday since it started like 8 months ago and all the sudden there’s nothing but problems with the deals they offer it’ll disappear for days or even weeks when it’s suppose to stay til 3/31/22 on their site it says. Absolute trash app and haven’t been able to have my daily coffee in a week cause this app is so embarrassingly bad.
Impossible to Log-In

I haven’t been able to log in to my account using my iPhone 8+ for months. Based on other complaints from people with the same problem, this is an issue with the app itself- not Apple or McDonald’s in general. Every option I use to try to log in results in a message that I already have an account and need to… log in.
