I would put a lower star if I could. This app has locked up many times and the codes it gives me for deals are invalid by the time they scan at drive thru window!!!!!

Total rip-off. Constantly have to sign in.

I can’t tell you how many times I have gone to the restaurant, and had to sign in. Many times, it won’t even let me sign in — which means I can’t get the deal that I had planned on, or use the points I’ve earned! (Example: Today I paid double for my regular lunch!! ?) They get all my info; I get ZIP. Total ripoff.

I really want to give this app a better rating, because I use it so often and it’s better than most other fast food mobile apps. But this app crashes constantly, never seems to update or refresh even if I close the app, sign out or even uninstall/reinstall. I get very short breaks at work and I rely on this app to order what I want in just a few moments, yet I would say I run into issues probably half the time. The worst glitch is trying to start a new order but the app thinks you still haven’t picked up your previous order. PLEASE fix the glitches.

If you want fast friendly service and delicious food on the go, look no further than the Golden Arches at McDonald’s, they’re the best in any town for great taste and less waste, I highly recommend for the price !!!!!!!!!!

Good app but no customer service

This is a pretty good app. I save money with their daily and weekly specials. I enjoy earning points to get free stuff. However when there is a billing problem there is no customer service. I recently received a receipt via email for a meal purchased in South Dakota. Problem is I have never been to SD. I live in Ohio. I am sure the app triggered the purchase not someone hijacking the account. McDonald’s tells you to call your credit card company. I even called the McDonald’s in SD. No way would they help me. This could be a great app but with no customer service I can’t give it a good rating. I recommend not adding your credit card to this app.
