But my only nit pick with this app is that the “cut off” time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is strict. I somehow only am able to get to my nearest mcdonalds right at 10:30 and i placed my order ahead of time, but I am never able to get my breakfast at 10:30 because the app doesn’t let me but the stores I’ve been to and worked at always have breakfast until they run out or until 11:00am, whichever comes first.
Almost Pointless

Why does this app not have an on my way feature. It makes little sense to wait until I get to the store to submit my order. It would be more efficient and better to have an on my way so the order is actually finished by time I get to the restaurant.
New Device Won’t Register

This app won’t let me register my new iPhone or sign in with my email address. So basically lost all of my reward points since it essentially will need me to start a new account with a different email address. Customer Service was absolutely no help at all.
Ongoing Payment Issue

Mobile app is currently useless to me due to a glitch not accepting any form of mobile payment. Thus, I can’t redeem the free fry Friday deal. This has been happening for a least a week now. Hopefully it’s resolved soon. Until then I won’t be a customer.

I guess not the app is the problem but I have been waiting on coffee for 10 minutes and no where in site.
New rewards points

Great app. A few glitches occasionally. My only issue is with the new rewards points you”earn” with every dollar you spend. The issue is you can’t use your rewards points if you select a deal. My wife and four children buy a lot of food from McDonald’s and to me if I “earn” a reward it should be in addition to any other purchases or allow multiple rewards to be redeemed for being a loyal paying customer. After all I “earned” the points.
Be REALLY sure of what you’re doing....

I’ll admit upfront I’m not the most comfortable using food ordering apps. But mid-order I realized I’d entered it wrong. When I couldn’t properly edit the order, I opted to cancel it and just order inside the restaurant. Of course, the next day, the app purchase showed up on my bank account. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told they were unable to refund me. Instead, I was given a phone number, where I left a message that was never returned. My lesson? Delete the app before I lose any more money.
App not working

I’ve tried multiple times to delete and re-install, but I get the same “we are having technical difficulties right now” prompt. Needless to say, app has not worked since the latest update.
