When it works, great. But when it glitches, it glitches big time

I’ve placed orders, and they don’t show up at restaurant. Since order is placed in app, when I reorder at restaurant I can’t get “deal” as my app will only give me one deal every couple hours. Placed an order today, but another order was submitted to restaurant (Something completely different than what I ordered).
Love this app…. Still have to double check the bag

One thing McD can NOT consistently get right is the Mcafe drinks with the exception of coffee from the pot. I ALWAYS have to “taste test” it before I leave the window.

Last couple times I’ve use this app the worker told me I have not paid even though I did using the app. The worker told me I had to pay at the window and if I paid it wouldn’t get charged. Now I’ve been double charged and the paper receipt says I’ve paid cash and credit. This app needs to be fixed!

The deals section is nice and all but I get the email that my points r expiring but the rewards tab is gona so I have no way of redeeming anything fix this please

This store is always consistent in their good quality of food served. Cashiers & staff always really considerate. Drive thru usually busy , but staff is pleasant! Management runs a efficient store! Kudo’s

I have been using this app for about a month now and I am very disappointed. The “deals” never work at the “participating location”. It’s impossiblely hard to just order your meal without it freezing or refusing to add to bag. But I’m particularly annoyed with the app because on my last (and FINAL) use I finally got through ordering my order, I arrived at McDonald’s just for them to tell me my order number doesn’t match. After showing and explaining I have paid and would just like my food, the app decided my transaction contained an overcharge and WITHOUT notifying me reversed the transaction. The super polite worker had to RECHARGE me and because of this I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order. This app is a WASTE OF TIME!
