Someone please sell Marriott a fully developed Mobike App

It's obvious by all the negative reviews that has been going on at least the last year or two some talented young individual should develop and sell Marriott a decent Mobile App. I almost forgot how bad the app was when I went to download the app on my new phone after previously deleting it. The reviews stand as a stark reminder not to waste your time until Marriott gets serious about doing something. They're only hurting their own reputation and actually driving current loyal customers to "try" another hotel brand when Marriott continues to ignore the displeasure of its members i.e., Hilton app rave reviews. Marriott, how long will you be silent?!

Terrible advanced check in

Tried to check in early on mobile app. Refused any arrival time before the normal 4pm check in even though they had plenty of rooms ready. I called to discover that but they don't check in on phone. So app is a total waste of time.

Most of the negative comments already mentioned are absolutely true. This app offers little usability. It crashes often, and even when it's not crashing it is difficult to maneuver. The Hilton Honors app is 100 times better.

Horrible App

Made my reservation by calling the hotel. Received the email to download the app. Doesn't recognize the confirmation number, and can't pair the reservation with my account. The app is worthless. Looking at the other reviews, it makes you wonder about a company that would leave such a horrible app on the app store.

All the dates are wrong

I have 3 reservations in the future. The app has all of them but arriving on the day before my reservation. Scared the crap out of me. The website is right but for some reason the app subtracts one day everywhere.

I don't think Marriott actually expects anyone to use this app. They just wanted to check the box at corporate in order to say, "Yes, we have one of those app things". Marriott hotels are fantastic, this app is horrible. Go figure.

You're still not listening to your most loyal customers

Marriott earning the hate.... It's pretty obvious Marriott is not listening to their most loyal customers. It's equally obvious that Marriott does not read these reviews. The only function this app services is to book a room and for the business traveler this isn't going to cut it. Here's the scenario: I make an appointment to visit a customer at their headquarters. My next step would be to find a Marriott nearest my customers location. What I'm currently required to do is go to goggle maps, enter my customers headquarter address then enter every Marriott address in the area juts to find the closest one - this is CRAP! What needs to happen and what I've been asking for 4 years now is the ability to enter and address and have the app display ALL marriott's near the address I entered. This way I get to pick the Marriott closest to my event. It's called ease-of-use and great customer service, something Marriott keeps missing the mark on. A sold working mobile app is very big to me because it saves time and I can manage things in real time. I'm getting very sick of Marriott, maybe it's time for me to move on and find a hotel chain that cares. This app doesn't meet my needs.

I hope I don't get encouraged to shift my loyalty to another chain. If I do, it would be primarily because of this app.

You need to get the app right

You really need to work on your app. Using with an iPad Air. Tried giving a review (upon your request) and the app froze. Unable to make any updates / changes. Not an award winning app at all.
