You're still not listening to your most loyal customers – Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels Review

Marriott earning the hate.... It's pretty obvious Marriott is not listening to their most loyal customers. It's equally obvious that Marriott does not read these reviews. The only function this app services is to book a room and for the business traveler this isn't going to cut it. Here's the scenario: I make an appointment to visit a customer at their headquarters. My next step would be to find a Marriott nearest my customers location. What I'm currently required to do is go to goggle maps, enter my customers headquarter address then enter every Marriott address in the area juts to find the closest one - this is CRAP! What needs to happen and what I've been asking for 4 years now is the ability to enter and address and have the app display ALL marriott's near the address I entered. This way I get to pick the Marriott closest to my event. It's called ease-of-use and great customer service, something Marriott keeps missing the mark on. A sold working mobile app is very big to me because it saves time and I can manage things in real time. I'm getting very sick of Marriott, maybe it's time for me to move on and find a hotel chain that cares. This app doesn't meet my needs.
