Ok, I’m a lifetime Platinum member and my mobile app has not worked for almost two weeks (as of 1/21/2018). I used the update function this morning and still no dice. Come on guys- Marriott is way better than this... Monte

Mostly malfunctions when it does open. Now I’m in a constant loop - time to check in to reap your elite benefits. Then - go to the app then - oops something went wrong. 3 years age they tried a different Pp that left me stranded outside my room & had to go to front desk to get in.

I have tried to explain this to the CSRs on the phone multiple times without success. Showed them screen shots and all but they want to only blame it on not being a Marriott app so to contact Apple. I could be wrong, but isn’t the Marriott card in my Wallet getting the information on my account from the Marriott app? The number listed to contact Marriott rewards is 1-888-097-3433. Numbers in the North American dialing plan cannot start with a zero so obviously this is a typo/wrong number. Hope this helps to fix the issue.

Latest update removed iPhone X support and the interface is now a mess. Links are sitting on top of other links and other oddities.
Nice app overall!

This app works well for me. The new version (6.9.3) just killed iPhone X support. The prior version worked fine.

Good morning, The new update does not cover the full screen in the iPhone X it looks like it has never been updated to the iPhone X.
