Why bother?

After literally being begged via email to download this app, I can’t even sign into it using my log in credentials. What good is it to have an app on my phone that I can’t do anything with? The answer is, it isn’t.

Just downloaded the app and it is not working at all rather it refers me to the website due to an ongoing error or issue with the app.

The app has worked always and never gave me problems. Now I can’t see my reservation at all and I have been calling all morning to find out if I’m able to check in early. This isn’t helpful, please fix!

Been trying for days. Deleted reinstalled. Just says oops we’re having issues but don’t worry we’re working on it.

The mobile app stopped working 2 days ago. You can log in or access anything. It says we are experiencing a problem. Deleted the app twice. Same pop of we are experiencing a problem. Very frustrating

I can’t find any information about the functionality issues of this app. It will not load on any of my devices and it is preventing me from using the check in feature. Very frustrating. Reinstalling does not help.
