No glitches or crashes so far and I’ve used this to book about six stays already. Book reservations in a minutes time. I like the app more than the website.

The app is good, but could definitely be better. I completely agree with the other reviews that any function in the app that was designed for interaction with the hotel staff (chat, special requests, etc) is useless. I’ve tried it several times and then called the front desk to ask if they’d received the request. None of them ever had. And more times than not, the person who answered the phone didn’t even have a clue as to what I was talking about. Marriott needs to focus on training and ensuring that their hotels are 100% on-board with the app communication features. Another HUGE improvement that could be made to the app is a floor plan map (per property) that allows guests to choose their room at check in (right now the check in function is essentially useless). Hilton has this feature and I LOVE it...to the point where I choose Hilton sometimes over Marriott because I get to choose my room and see exactly where I’ll be staying. Many Hilton properties also use keyless entry that is built right in to their app. I really like Marriott and I have bounced between all 3 statuses for over 20 years. But they need to keep up with the times and the competition.

Come on guys. You are making it impossible to check on the next night’s reservation during a current stay. Some of us take road trips when we go places.

This app makes keeping up with your rewards, reservations, and etc very manageable. Mobile check in is also a plus.

The mobile key never came. It took the support chat 15 minutes to tell me to go to the front desk. What is the point?

Great for everything but requests

I really like the app, but I have tried the request option for services 6 times at different hotels and brands (full service Marriott, residence inns, courtyards, Spring Hill suites, townplace suites) and I have never gotten what I have requested. One time I chatted with the hotel via the app and the manager said they were working out the bugs, but would make sure it worked the next time I came in. I tried it again when I came in two weeks later to the same hotel and still didn’t work. Every time it says the request was fulfilled.

This app used to be good for reward members...no longer!! As a Platinum Elite we used to get special booking preference, nope they did away with that...hmm. Maybe time to look into Hilton rewards?

Never actually able to use this app!

EVERY TIME I try to use this app I get into an infinite loop while attempting to log in. Usually traveling of course and just want to have an easy convenient way to find a hotel or check in. Very frustrating!
