Business travelers could really use this as a convenience. It seems to be getting more and difficult to retrieve my bill. Can't retrieve on the app at all and not all bills are showing up as viewable on the mobile website. Really not good customer service having to copy the ebill into a word document to transfer it or take a picture and scan it all the time when you're running all over the place. Would be nice to be able to sit and transfer it over when you have downtime like I do now, but can't because the app doesn't have that feature and the only option I have when I go to the website and view my bill is "rebook". My laptop is not always handy. Please make this easier for your mobile customers.

I haven’t had issues with mobile check in or out however the room requests are useless. It’s faster just to call the front desk.
Great app and it works as intended

I switched from web site to app and found it’s easy to use and serves the purpose. I found the lowest price and good package deal. I could also use the app to make requests, chat for any issues and requested delay check out. I love the design and ease of use. I hope they keep up the good work and implement all the functions from the web site so I don’t need to kept go back to the web for new promotions and tracking the promotion progress. Strongly recommended.
Worthless
Not a fake user
The only thing this app does is book rooms, and it does a poor job of that. Poor navigation, poor visual of where you want to go, poor everything. Can’t even find a way to look up stay history or receipts (which I need now that Marriott just stopped giving receipts without notice). Totally worthless. Hilton, here I come.

It's garbage. Worse than useless. It's an app that takes the internet and converts it into something difficult to use. Incredible.

I don't know what else to say but "worthless"! If you want to make a reservation or see your account information just go the the Marriott website and don't waste your time with this app.
Mobile Check In!!! - doesn't have it

Got an email confirmation for my hotel room: "your reservation number is.... Download the app for mobile check in.... Click this link". Waste of time so far. Don't advertise the app if it doesn't do anything pkease
