Terrible advanced check in – Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels Review

Tried to check in early on mobile app. Refused any arrival time before the normal 4pm check in even though they had plenty of rooms ready. I called to discover that but they don't check in on phone. So app is a total waste of time.
