Clean and very nice. Food we picked up at bar was surprisingly good! Valet parking was not prepared for all the volleyball families leaving at once though. Waited more than 45 min after I called them to get my car.
I was able to check in & get into my room super early without having to speak to anyone, thanks to mobile check in and Bluetooth key. The room was great, free coffee in the lobby, so I was able to get mobilized and out early. The huge gas fireplace in the lobby made for a beautiful spot to meet a friend, too. All for a great price. Will definitely return.
If you are paying $400 a night to stay at a hotel I want $400 Service all the way around. My first room. Snack Center had absolutely nothing in it. There was only Decaf coffee and oh yea the coffee maker was broke! The toilet paper holder was broke too! When I told the front desk they didn’t even acknowledge it but moved me to another room for the rest of the week! There are no immediate refrigerators or microwaves to reheat the wonder pizza I got at Serafina. I’m a rewards holder and I was disappointed. I could stay at another Marriott for $200 a night and get better accommodations. Oh and no Vanilla creamer anywhere. Even 3 star hotels have Vanilla creamer for coffee. Again, disappointed.
If you are looking for a Nice Quiet weekend Stay this is a place where you can do that. Not expensive and the room are clean. My only down fall that the menu for continental breakfast should be upgraded Especially to those that have special diet. (More vegan options) Other than that pretty decent place
The only complaint I have is that this location does not have Smart TVs.
Really should notify customers at booking that you are not opening M Club. Your rates didn’t reduce. Also beds are rock hard.
