Won’t show route by design

So, previously you had the ability to see the route and estimated earnings, but now they make you have to drive certain hours in order to unlock the “ability” to view wether you’re picking someone up for a 2 minute drive or for a 3 hour out of town trip.

It used to be that Lyft was a great company to work for, but that’s all changed now... they removed all access to support, so if you need help, forget it, just be prepared to be ignored, and disregarded... IF and when you do finally get a chance to get help or support, all you get is a general “cut and paste” kind of response that basically strokes you... it’s a big “we don’t give a crap, get lost!” Lyft initiated a background check 3 months ago, and it still has not finished processing... meanwhile, the same check conducted by Uber took just 4 hours. Lyft has also seemingly attracted ALL of the riffraff passengers, by lowering prices and offering incentives and not surge pricing due to the pandemic. One of my last trips before being deactivated for the “routine” background check, I was assaulted by a passenger. I would recommend against anyone driving for Lyft, don’t board a sinking ship! It’s a shame, it really is... I really loved Lyft, but Lyft stabbed me in the back as far as I’m concerned.

The worst is coming they are almost not paying their drivers but the gas expenses and tear and wear of using your car you can make only around 6$ an hour after taxes and car expenses dont know why drivers drive with them it was good 2 years ago but after they started no surge or actually stealing the surge they become really bad

How come you guys allowed a 5 stars driver to be deactivated. I have done nothing wrong ?. I am a 5 stars driver yet my account is still deactivated so what happened for those who have low rate and still driving ??‍♂️??‍♂️. Please help me get my account back.

I m Lyft driver but for last 1 hour I have not received any request because Lyft bring new thing call priority mode which does not help all drivers but help some driver and help Lyft because driver make 10% less and for that now I have to wait longer for ride sometime I think it’s not helping the driver and 2nd thing Lyft don’t pay for long pick up some times driver get request from 10 miles 12 miles and end the ride driver get only $3.42 cents because it was very short ride and it doesn’t help the driver but it does help Lyft because no matter what Lyft is making the money and driver is loosing but I hope for good Lyft should charge to rider for long pick up and pay to driver for long pick up

Very bad support for drivers, no toll free number, just chat with them .you drive long time than text them and they end chat even they don’t end chat. But you will end up wasting more time expecting help from them. But no help at all


Lyft does not care about their drivers!

The “24 customer service” is a robot! I had a rider that had 2 stops. I completed the first stop. Then he saw his uncle and decided to ride home with him instead. No problem right? Wrong! Because I didn’t complete both drops, I don’t get paid for the whole freakin ride! When I was messaging their customer service, I kept getting the same exact message from 2 different people! Every word and phrase was exactly the same! They do not care!!!!

Omg it’s crazy how people can literally accuse drivers of anything and get away with it. Forget how I always follow the gps and still get accused. Now this has gone too far,a passenger cancel a ride and I wasn’t eligible for cancellation fee because he accused me of not having a mask, mind you that he never looked me in the eyes, instead he was walking towards his coworkers car. I believe he didn’t know the coworker was taking home so he didn’t want to get charged. How is that okay?

At times as a Lyft driver I need to turn it off. To get gas or take a break. But as soon as I try to turn it off a ride pops up and if u click the x decline it gives u a message so u click the message and the try to turn it off again and another ride pops up and then your rating plummeted bc u just canceled lol 5 rides when u just wanna turn it off when u had no riders.
