This app and the way the company work is so unfair. While some drivers receive a prime time of 40$ others receive 0$. It doesn’t matter the make of the car, year or color. I have the same car as my friends, make, color and model yet the prime time is so different for me. The solution: equal prime time for everyone.

Lyft has got selfish, they were more concerned about the people who are giving them business. But recently I have seen they don’t care anymore. They don’t add anymore surging even though they have long pick ups and demand , drop they prices for people working for them. Send drivers to dangerous areas . And most of it is it’s customer service. The only thing Customer service do is answer the questions from frequently ask questions which the drive already knows. It’s getting to Annoying and frustrating day by day. We are the people who work hard and by bursting our cars and still we are under their knee’s.

During this pandemic anytime you asked a riders to wearing their masks properly They give you a poor rating And whiteout asking the drivers Lyft just put your account at risk And Lyft make it so easy for riders to screw up drivers Most of the time is for nothing Lyft needs to change their policies. Make the drivers voice counted

I was driving for almost a 1 year my phone got hack and message been rude even I show prove tab outmy account been hack they didn’t even care about drivers they only care care about they’re money it’s not worth my u put to much miles on ur car I had my car on 103’000 when my account got deactivated was 134,000

Honestly speaking, I shouldn’t be grading for turning down fares that are 30+ minutes away from me. If I do decide to pick them up the I should be compensated for driving that far out just for a pick up. Also, I’m going to mention that I do not use the app’s GPS due to my car not being able to display it on my apple car play screen, so I use the Google map option but every time I start a ride I have to make sure my tolls are set off to avoid them altogether. These settings are standard on my google maps account but the Lyft app turns it off every ride. Make sure you turn it off every time guys and gals! Lyft please fix this issue ASAP

Lyft should change there rating system go by the last 500 rides 85 perfect acceptance rate 4 percent cancellation and 4.85 rating to see trip duration this way is fair

It will be nice for Lyft to develop pay structure for drivers, Example: Minimum ride cost 20.00 for xl and Lyft $15 so that Lyft will get their share and driver will be able to earn money on the short trips. I remember sometimes was getting paid 3.00 for spending 15 mins short trip it’s terrible. Hope Lyft look into this matter maybe come up with the new pay structure and also start power surge just like Uber. Uber sometimes be charming their customers 70.00 and Lyft is charging $20 during rush hour and surge time

This app needs to be updated badly!!!! I tried to accept my SCHEDULED PICK UP and it froze not allowing me to get the ride. I have this problem TOO often. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for another ride request when I was online to accept the ride. Then google maps consistently puts me in the WRONG PLACE. Please get it together Lyft I’m losing money and that defeats the purpose of the app.
