I can never get help when I need it. When I turn the app off it continuously sends me new rides yesterday it went off eight times to except when I had turned it off it’s ridiculous.When I put the filter in it sends me in the opposite direction almost every single time it’s laughable.
Sound and music reduces when I’m using my driver app while online.

My sound for directions and my music I’m playing throughout my entire drive while online reduces automatically and then all of a sudden the sound and music gets louder without me turning my volume on and off. App support is not available to email about issue. It’s a pain and headache sometimes, because I want my riders to hear the directions through my radio system while connected and it reduces the volume and when you turn my volume up it automatically blasts the music and sound louder in my ear and also the riders ear. App support is not available to emails about the issue.

Over two years experience with 5.0 rating and 10,000+ rides. Many frustrations to address. 1) I had a “$6.95 bonus on next ride” while destination mode was set and 20 minutes later Lyft signs me off line and takes away my bonus. Really? I’ve been making $7/hr lately with no benefits. 2) I’m not given adequate time to tap accept request when app running in background AND app doesn’t flash or make noise. I’ve missed so many streaks and bonuses because of this fraud. 3) I can’t turn on priority mode when “bonus on next ride” is on my screen (can’t swipe up).

The ability to reach customer service is also much easier than uber’s. Like I don’t want to read a bunch of articles if I’m confused and need help. It’s always better to reach a real person

Customer had his gf chase me down on the freeway. Almost hit my car over several occasions. I’ll never drive for Lyft again. The passengers it attracts is horrible!
Torture and Terrible Driver Support

Ever driven 15mins to pick up a passenger just to drop of 4mins away? Ever set your app to destination mode that the ride that you got only took you back to where you were coming from? Ever crossed a toll to pick up a passenger that the passenger canceled the ride? Ever driven so much distance just to only get fed like an ant? If all these are you, then you must have driven for this Lyft company. If it your final option for your source of income, then great continue driving, just like I am. But know that it is a very tough gig to do. The only good times I get is when I get good tips, other than that, it’s not worth it. This company knows immigrants are the ones mostly working with their platform, that is why they rip off all drivers. Because they know immigrants work hard and are desperate for $$$ Don’t get me wrong, if you work 12hours a day you’ll make $1000-$1200 a week. But ask yourself if it is worth it being on the road 12hours a day and on average you will spend at least $30/day on gas and you will spend money constantly maintaining your car and keeping it going. Now imagine getting a speeding ticket or any traffic violation ticket, that’ll be about $200-$500 off your week of suffering. But Lyft on the other hand , their workers and owners sit at home in their PJ and just drink up all the money. They don’t have to be on the road 12hrs. I still drive currently and it is very sad. This is my only source of income and at this point what’s left is them having my kidney. But surely very soon I’ll be over this. Good Luck☘️
