New release is buggy as hell. Please fix. Keeps asking for a city abs referral number. Wont let you arrive for passenger or cancel ride. I’m stuck in limbo now and unable to work.
Difficultly to call

Very hard to call they made it impossible to call when you need to talk to someone only you can call when you be in accident, also they keep sending 20 minutes far without paying for long pick up it’s just horrible
Inaccurate document requirement procedures

Lyft needs to get their state documents requirements accurate. They’re sending me emails and messages telling me my inspection sticker expires on the date I got the inspection. No state inspection expires in the beginning or middle of the month. Then when a driver corrects them and tells them the sticker on the windshield has a month and year and not a month date year, they tell me I don’t have a sticker on my windshield. Really....they have inexperienced people responding to messages or sending emails who need to freshen up on state vehicle guidelines prior to sending out Lyft communication. Then when I ask Lyft if they’ve seen my windshield, tithe rep responds with you don’t have a picture of the sticker uploaded. If Lyft asks for a document showing my vehicle was inspected and I send in the document, Lyft should know that vehicle’s inspection expiration date according to state guidelines. Just irritating to communicate with people who doesn’t know driving laws.
Rider phone calls vs. map

I hate that I’m not able to see the map and be on a call with the rider at the same time! Especially when I don’t know every area of Tampa. I can’t even visualize what they are telling me if gps has taken me the wrong direction
Don’t switch my passenger/destination while I’m on the highway

It’s inconvenient to have you route changed while you’re going 60+ on the highway. Adjust the algorithm so I don’t get a last second update to take a new exit.

I completely agree with a post made by another driver that the call feature from upcoming queued rides should be paused until actually on the way to pick up that passenger. I have experienced the next rider trying to call me while I already have someone in the vehicle and I wont answer for privacy reasons. Please address the issue. Thank you! Otherwise, I love driving for Lyft!
The app is cheating the drivers !

Ive been driving lyft for more than 3 yrs and all the app is doing is trying to drain your time, money and effort.... 1- driving time counted even if you are sleeping in airport queue for more than 8 hrs. 2- if anyone is first of queue in airport... do not dream to get a call since that driver is taking the queue and will be doing it all day. I will opt out from LYFT UNTILL THEY CHANGE

La relación entre cantidad de pasajeros y driver no es conveniente porque dejaron entrar muchos drivers dejando un promedio de $7 por hora. Además el modo prioritario es un chantaje (págame o no te doy pasajeros) en prioritario me dan pasajeros a 6 millas y 12 minutos, gastando más tiempo, gasolina, millas y además me pagan menos por milla. Sin modo prioritario no me dan pasajeros así esté al lado del pasajero dejándome un promedio de $7 por hora cuando antes eran $14 por hora. Confiaba en Lyft para el sustento de mi familia y ahora he tenido que activarme en otras App’s.
