Perfect example of taking something that worked well and turning it in to absolute needlessly complicated trash. Why do I need to download this app, that barely works, to redeem a movie? The code did not work on their website like it said it would. The code only had one letter/number that could have been something else. I tried it as “O” and “0” and neither way worked. So I had to download the app. After about a dozen times, the app finally read the stupid hologram shield and gave me a code that was much longer code than what was on the insert. So to get the real code I had to go through all of this trouble. Whereas every other company just gives you the code to start with. I hope someone gets fired over this decision!

Will not read code have tried everything for 3 weeks no luck fix it or go back to digital code.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Far to cumbersome to simply redeem a digital copy of a movie I already have the disc for. Somehow, all the other studios seem to get by with a simple code entered on a webpage. Will delete the app and never use again.

No matter what lightning conditions or angles, the software cannot scan. I payed money for a digital copy, that of which was supposed to come along with the DVD and Blu Ray Discs package. Where’s my digital copy? Huh? Wasting my f**king money......

It’s ridiculous to make people download another app just to redeem their codes for movies. Why not just have the customer give you the code and their email address on the website and you send a redemption code by email. This just might be the lowest rated app I have seen. That is truly sad

This data-grabbing, subpar QR code scanner is the most inconvenient and unnecessary loop I’ve had to jump through in recent years. Holding my purchased digital copies hostage behind this shantytown of a mobile experience only serves to show me that Lionsgate executives do not respect their customers in any capacity. This app simply shouldn’t exist.

The app does not operate properly on iPadOS. You are forced to download an app to redeem the movie despite there being an option that says you can enter a code that does not exist.
