Extremely difficult to redeem your digital movies

From scanning the QR code to actually redeeming your movie; this app is horrendous. I have downloaded John Wick 1&2 with no problems. All of a sudden on Chapter 3, it requires you to download this app and is an extreme inconvenience. I still don’t have my movie and I’ve emailed them twice.

Quick download, no need to set up account, just scan, enter email, and choose which platform to redeem on...I went with Vudu.

I read the numerous poor reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. Unfortunately, I had the same poor result that most people seem to have. My movie wasn’t able to be viewed on Apple TV app, even though I followed all the instructions closely. Total waste and no customer support.

The absolute worst idea to redeem a digital movie I have ever seen it’s doesn’t work at all I have tired to scan the code at least 10 times now and still nothing. Just terrible
Why force a separate app download?
