So I tried to redeem my code to apple Tv and it didn’t work and i didn’t even do anything wrong and now i can’t redeem it again because it’s claiming i already claimed it?

Makes the simple act of redeeming a digital movie needlessly complicated, slow, and ugly. Just embarrassingly bad as a user experience.

Complete scam and data harvesting attempt by Lionsgate. You can’t redeem the movie without agreeing to getting spam emails from them. You can only watch the movie on one single platform (it doesn’t transfer between MA and Vudu, etc. like literally ALL other movies do), the code gets redeemed as soon as you click the link- regardless of whether you have an account with that provider or not. It makes zero sense why they would come out with this app when MA and Vudu already exist!? I will never buy a Lionsgate film again just because of this horrible horrible experience

This app not only what makes a normally easy process more difficult (go to a website and type a code), it also doesn’t work. I had to contact the stupid company and wait days to get a movie I bought weeks ago. Do better.

Lionsgate is kidding themselves in believing this app will gain any level of traction. No one wants to be forced into their proprietary digital library instead of having their digital content link to services that function far better and across multiple platforms. Why not just let movie codes redeem on iTunes or MoviesAnywhere like a normal studio? Why not be customer forward instead grasping at delusions? Shut down the app, link your service to a company that knows what they’re doing, and get with the times, Lionsgate.

This app and code process is a waste of time and unnecessary. I only download this app to redeem the code on Apple TV, then uninstall it. Not worth using at all.

It had one star for a reason. The iTunes Redemption doesn't work. Now I may never get my digital copy because once you select how to redeem you cannot redeem using a different platform.
