Best thing I have ever done in my life completely naked

Deceptive app

Big Deeb

No matter how many times I tried tapping the map, I was unable to see it long enough to determine whether my route was allowed, never mind where it is OK to end the ride. For students or anyone on a restricted budget, this could have dire consequences when their ride can’t be ended and continues racking up minute by minute charges. Sad because I really want to use alternative transit! This is a company that could have a good impact on the planet if the app worked.

There was literally 15 lime scooters and one bird scooter. I even downloaded the stupid lime app and all of them were unavailable despite being green. Bird scooter was the only one to work for me. Lime stinks

Ehh

I’m riding my line scooter and I constantly get passed up but folks on their personal scooters and the one wheeled scooter thingy. I have 60K points for what?? They’re not redeemable Customer service takes several hours to reply, good luck if it’s urgent… Takes $13 to ride even if you’re going on a $2 ride because yeah even after 200 rides they still want a deposit for every ride. Laughable

Useless in San Francisco

How does this app have 4.9 stars? The scooters are too slow to be safe on roads but they’re illegal to ride on sidewalks. Then you have to find official bike racks to park the scooter. Ride share is much better and not really more expensive

Ripping off the Band-Aid

Lime has fallen behind its competitors over the years. I honestly believe the only reason theyre in business is because people think “Lime” instead of “Electric Scooter” in the same way that people call adhesive bandages “Band-Aids”. Half of their scooters are absolutely broken. Ive experienced so many scooters that don’t accelerate or with brakes don’t work. It’s honestly sad. Their support has always given my money back when I ask, but these scooters are supposed to be about convenience. I shouldn’t have to reach out to support every other ride about an issue with their product. You’ve lost a frequent customer, and I genuinely hope you lose a lot more so you finally improve your tech.
