This company will get your $100 dls or more for a 1 or 2 miles... as a first user, that happened to my as a first time user, they don’t care if you know how to use it or not, all they care is about the money only they will steal you money.

Weird wording and other stuff don’t use these scooters. If you see one kick it or something because this shii is over priced af and doesn’t even warn you when you are getting charged a bunch.

The app is terrible. Not user friendly. I had a credit of $25 for about a year because it charged me several times so I just decided to finally use it. First it’s not easy to find how much credit you have, you have to search for it. Ok so I go to use it and decide to do a group ride. When I ended the other rider I didn’t realize my own scooter didn’t end til I saw it was still on. The app doesn’t show the rides that are currently running and it’s not easy to find. I had to search around to find mine and finally end it. The credit I had ended without warning and it just kept charging me. It would be nice to get a warning. It’s not like I can keep track because it doesn’t show history on what I’m being charged for the other rider on my group ride (something I figured out later). I thought I still had more of my $25 credit because my history showed only my ride which I had to figure out on my own. I thought it showed history of the “group ride” together but it doesn’t. So by the end of the night I figured out my credit ended and I continued to be charged. Not good business and I won’t be using Lime anymore and neither will my husband and friends. Disappointing.
The worst in my area

Slowest of them all and not like it’s cheaper. My county allows 15mph for e scooters, all others are set to 15mph. This one is at 10mph and are annoyingly available everywhere. I am guessing cause nobody wants to use them. I’d rather walk a few block and get a Link or Bird scooter to actively avoid this

If you live in Austin TX use any other scooter brand other than Lime. The parking map claims you can park in most of downtown and then when you try to park it it claims you’re in a no parking zone. They use this to run up your bill and steal money right out of your account. They refunded me a quarter of what they stole from me.
Red Zone broke my sister’s jaw

Pretty self explanatory. Suddenly crossed a, “red zone” cutting the acceleration and causing my sister to fall and break her chin. Also, scooters were badly maintained. Don’t use scooters in general, terribly unsafe.
