Terrible no riding zones

Ride Bird next time

Literally in a middle of a side walk. My friends lime is working. Mine thinks I’m in the middle of Lake Eola. Fix your tracking and get better no riding zones.

I understand we have to park the scooters on designated areas but I find it ridiculous that the parking spot I was able to park the scooter just last weekend wasn’t showing up on the app’s map today so it wouldn’t let me finish my ride.

Support Form doesn’t work

I only have the app to report poorly parked scooters. Unfortunately the form doesn’t work. The form has a place for the address, a photo, the ID, and problem. The only information that gets sent to Lime is the photo and problem description.

So fun to ride and easy to download.

We found one in downtown Long Beach on NYE, and since we part a bit far from our destination that it came in handy. Easy to set it up and next thing you know we made it to the destination! I wish it’s a little cheaper so we can use it more often!

I was scared it was gonna keep running. I couldn’t end ride bc I was in no ride zone n had locked it n couldn’t unlock it. They ended it n only charge 1.90
